Interview with Peter Fiedler -
responsible for Project Management & Sales, IFE Aufbereitungstechnik GmbH

What projects are you currently working on in South-East Europe?
IFE is working on projects related to classification and separation of bulk material and recycling in general. IFE is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of vibratory conveyors, screening machines, magnetic and eddy current separators for the bulk material handling.

IFE developed for its clients know-how and specialized equipment for aluminum separation. Tell us more details about this project.
IFE is a well-known producer of eddy current separators for the separation of non-ferrous metals from all kinds of bulk material. Eddy currents are generated by induction in metals. The extremely strong pulsating magnetic field and the high rotational speed guarantee superior separation results even for fines and inseparable particles.

Its Advantages are:  excellent separation results; deep, strong pulsating magnetic field; centric (for high feed rates) or excentric system (for fines) available; design of magnetic rotor optimized to the application; high reliability; emptying of conveying belt ensured by generating power with the magnetic rotor; low maintenance; optimal combinations with other IFE devices

Which of your products is the most suitable for the Bulgarian market?
IFE waste screens and over band magnetic separators are the most suitable IFE products for the Bulgarian market.

What products will you present this year?
We will present our entire product range comprising vibrating feeders & tubular feeders, vibratory conveyors, diverse screens and magnetic separators, recycling equipment, eddy current separators, etc.

From which sectors do you expect visitors?
IFE is ready for clients of all sectors (recycling, coal, mining, iron & steel works, sand & gravel, foundry, glass & ceramics, plastics & chemicals, wood, food & feed etc.).
