Using those of our Services that don’t require a registration will be considered as confirmation that you agree to these terms.
VIA EXPO LTD processes personal data in relation to the Services provided, according to its Policy of Personal Data Security („Policy“), which you can find here. The Policy is an integral part of these Terms.

1.Registration

Our services include options for registering for participation and visiting exhibitions, conferences and congresses, creating and storing files and data, sending emails, etc.
1.2. In order to use our Services, you guarantee that you are over 18 years old and are capable of making the decision to accept a contract. VIA EXPO LTD will not be held accountable for a person using our services without measuring up to these limits of age and capability.
1.3. You agree that your personal data may be used by VIA EXPO LTD to contact you. The email you have provided may be used for sending you news, advertizing materials and other current information about VIA EXPO LTD’s events.
1.4. In the case that you are an exhibitor and/or a speaker in one of VIA EXPO LTD’s events, your data may be used in advertizing materials, news and e-newsletters for the event you are taking part in.
2. Concluding an agreement
2.1. In order to provide the Services, VIA EXPO LTD requires email communication with you. According to article 5 of the Law on Electronic Documentation and Electronic Certification Services (LEDECS) you agree to be a recipient of email messaging by VIA EXPO LTD.
3. Using the Services and Website content
3.1. The Website provides the opportunity for registration of physical and legal entities for visiting and participating in different exhibitions, conferences and congresses. VIA EXPO LTD is not to be held responsible for registrations made through outside links, different from www.viaexpo.com.
You make the choice which event to register for.
3.2. You are not allowed to use in any way, copy, modify or distribute content that doesn’t belong to you for purposes different from or not compatible with the use of the Services and the Website, without the prior written agreement of VIA EXPO LTD and/or the third party that owns the rights to the content.
4. Deletion of data
4.1. Your data can be deleted in the following cases:
(a) at any time per your request (sent on the following email -office@viaexpo.com);
(b) after a long period of not using your data (over 5 years);
(c) over suspicions of you breaking the rules of the Terms or other rules incorporated in our Website or by the law.
5. Changes
5.1. VIA EXPO LTD reserves the right to add new Services, to change or remove available Services, without forewarning.
5.2. The current Terms could be changed due to development, inclusion or removal of Services or changes in law. Changes in the Terms will be announced and published here.
6. Others
6.1. VIA EXPO LTD is not responsible for any damages due to intent or gross negligence, or loss of opportunity, or any damages due to:
(a) use or inability to use the Website and/or Services;
(b) deletion or blocking of your data and/or content in accordance with these Terms.
6.2. This contract is concluded in English. Disputes of these Terms will be legally solved in in the court of law in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
6.3. In case of invalidity of one of the clauses in these Terms does not automatically invalidate other Terms.

In order to provide the services (“Services”) of VIA EXPO LTD, as well as the Website www.viaexpo.com and the mobile versions and apps (“Website”), VIA EXPO LTD (www.viaexpo.com“/ We”), registered in 22 Pobeda Str., Plovdiv 4000, Fiscal Number: 040442161, will process data of physical and legal entities („Data subjects“/„You”) in accordance with the current Policy. During the processing of personal data VIA EXPO LTD upholds all applicable standards of data protection, including, but not exclusively, according to the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
1. Subjects of data processing. In accordance to the provided Services VIA EXPO LTD processes information of the following Data Subjects:
(a) physical persons, who use VIA EXPO LTD’s services;
(b) legal entities, who use VIA EXPO LTD’s services;
(c) physical persons who addressed inquiries (including by telephone call), claims, signals, complaints or other correspondence towards VIA EXPO LTD;
(d) physical persons, whose information was included in addressed inquiries (including by telephone call), claims, signals, complaints or other correspondence towards VIA EXPO LTD
2. Processed data for the use of the Services
2.1. Information that you provide
You decide whether or how to use the Services provided by VIA EXPO LTD. In the forms that require personal data the voluntary or obligatory character of the data is clearly marked. The obligatory data is such that without it we would not be able to provide the required Service or part of it.
(a) Registration. In order to register, you need to fill in: company name, personal first and family name, email address and your company’s industry branch. In addition to this, information for making the registration and agreeing with the Terms is also stored.
(b) Data storage. The data provided is stored on servers of VIA EXPO LTD. Any user can inform us at any time if they would like their data deleted by contacting us on our email: office@viaexpo.com
Other data
VIA EXPO LTD can also process other personal data in the cases where you voluntarily provide such data by filling out electronic forms on our Website, making adjustments, adding preferences, etc.
Logs, connected with security, technical support, development, etc.
Logs are used in the Website for the following purposes:

To provide the stable function of the Services and the timely fix of technical problems;

To ensure the security of the Services and uncovering malicious actions;

To measure the attendance and use of the Website;

3. Purposes for the processing of personal data

Conclusion and fulfillment of a contract
For the purpose of concluding and fulfilling a contract between you and VIA EXPO LTD, including the processing of registration data, account creation and the necessary activities for providing the Services. In addition, this includes communication between you and VIA EXPO LTD in order to provide the Services and/or informing you of changes in the Services, for which the above mentioned data processing is required.
Legitimate interest.For purposes, concerning the legitimate interest of VIA EXPO LTD and/or third parties such as other users, partners, clients, etc. These purposes include:

Providing the normal functioning and use of the Website for you and other users, maintenance and administration of the Services, settling disputes, determining and preventing malicious actions.

Determining and fixing technical and functionality problems, developing and improving the Services.

For this purpose it’s possible part or all of the above mentioned categories of data to require processing.
Legal obligations
Respecting legal obligations of VIA EXPO LTD, which include fulfilling lawful commitments for keeping or giving information to government or court officials upon legal order to carry out their duties and activity, as well as VIA EXPO LTD’s legal obligation to inform you of the different circumstances concerning your rights, the Services provided or protection of your data and so on. For this purpose it’s possible part or all of the above mentioned categories of data will require processing.
Explicit consent
Your data will be processed based on your explicit consent, with the processing only encompassing the agreed upon amount of data.
4. PROVIDING INFORMATION
VIA EXPO LTD does not present your personal data to third parties aside from the cases mentioned in this Policy and stipulated by law. The current Policy concerns our storage and processing of your personal data. This data can be presented to third parties only in the following cases: when this is required by law; when this is required by competent government or court official in the proper form; when we have received your explicit consent to do so; when this is required to protect the legal rights and interests of VIA EXPO LTD and/or other users of the Services.
5. Rights concerning personal data. The Regulation foresees the following rights:
5.1. The right of being informed. The current Policy is to inform you in detail of the processing of your personal data according to the Services provided.
5.2. Right to access. You have the right to receive confirmation whether your personal data is being processed. You can receive this information at any time, provided you send an inquiry for it on our email:office@viaexpo.com
5.3. Right of correction. You have the right to correct your personal data in case they are incomplete or inaccurate.
5.4. Right of deletion. You have the right to demand the deletion of your data, except in the case that its processing is required by law.
Deleting a user’s data. After a user sends a request by email: office@viaexpo.com for deletion of their data, part of it will be erased. According to our obligations by law, we can store for a period of 1 /one/ year the following:

Information on concluding a contract for use of the Services and a user’s account will be stored for a period of 1 /one/ year after the account’s deletion, in case of possible legal disputes that may occur after the expiration of the contract.

According to the Law on Electronic Documentation and Electronic Certification Services we are obliged to keep a log on the received declaration (without its content) for a period of 1 /one/ year. The log contains the date of the statement, name and email of the sender and identification of the sender.
The data is erased after the expiration of the period mentioned. In the meantime, the data can be provided only to competent government or court officials upon their legal request, for the purpose of conducting their authority obligations or for a legal dispute they will be supervising.
5.5. The right to withdraw consent. You have the right, at any time, to withdraw consent for the processing of your personal data. This withdrawal does not affect the legality of the data processing that has been done with your permission up to the moment of your withdrawal of consent.
