VYNCKE - solutions for the wood, food and agriculture industries

Interview with Mr. Maier, VYNCKE

Mr. Maier, tell us about the types of biomass boilers you offer. For which industries are suitable?

VYNCKE designs and builds green and clean energy plants burning biomass or Refuse Derived Fuel to produce thermal energy from 1-100MWth and electrical power from 0,5-15MWel. The energy comes individually or in any combination of hot water, steam, thermal oil and hot gas….with or without electrical power generation.

The energy plants are supplied for the wood, food, and agro industry and for companies investing in renewable energy.

What fuels are used in your boilers?
We can burn different fuels: from wet to dry, from fine to coarse. Natural or urban wood waste, oat hulls, rice husks or sunflower hulls, coffee spent, ground or palm oil residues and many others.

Give us more information about the technology that you use.
The biomass fuels are burnt by means of the Vyncke DWS (Dynamic Water cooled Stepgrate) stepgrate in fully integrated boiler systems. The technology is a customized solution for a specific process, ensuring the lowest total cost of ownership thanks to a high availability, a high energy efficiency and a low cost of operation.

Do you have customers in Bulgaria and in which sectors are they working?
Our customers in Bulgaria are FAZERLES (wood industry), KRONOSPAN (board industry), OLIVA (sunflower industry) and BIOVET (animal feed industry).

Tell us a few projects that you have realized in the region.
We have realized many projects nearby Bulgaria e.g. in Greece, Romania and Serbia. These projects are mainly in the food industry.
