Mr. Calvo, Molinos AFAU works in different sectors - Biomass and Compost, Recycling, Feed Mills, Fodder and Straw
What individual machines and entire facilities do you offer for each of the sectors?
We can supply single machinery like tug grinders, hammer mills, chain conveyors, bucket elevators, pellet mills, coolers, shifters, etc. and also complete “turn key” factories including control, assembly and start up. For the Bulgarian market, we are mainly focused on Biomass, compost, fodder and straw.
Where is your production located?
We mainly produce in Zaragoza province in Spain, but we also cooperate time to time with local producers in order to reduce production and transport cost to final customers.
Do you work on the Bulgarian market and do you have a representative here?
In Bulgaria we work very close with Novonetics. They have a very expertise staff that help us a lot to study customer needs and give assembly and after sales service to our customers.
Tell us about your recent project.
We installed a drying line for alfalfa to company AJD Agro. Mr. Machuganov is very happy with the complete line. This factory was designed to dry alfalfa from up to 80% moisture, down to 12%. Normally, the factory is running from 35% to 12%. After drying, the product is cooled down and pressed into high density bales ideal for exporting. By doing this process, the customer obtains a constant quality alfalfa, with more digestible protein and improve as well his work in the field, improving production.
Customer is really satisfied by the line and probably will purchase us something else in the future.
We also installed a straw pelleting line for electricity generation by gasification process to company Ebioss. Unfortunately, this plant is stop because of change into subsidy politics. The factory was start up without problems and very good production and pellet quality. The customer was satisfied with the plant.
Who do you want to invite to visit your stand?
We would like to meet customers who are interested into biomass, compost, fodder and straw processing. We have a long experience on such sectors, so we can offer them the best possible solutions to have processes with low maintenance cost and long working life.
