PeepNee will present smart mailbox at seeSUSTAINtec. Its creators tell us its story. The purpose of the first smart mailbox model we created was purely experimental. Starting after an award in a technology hackathon, with this model we wanted to prove that it is possible to automate/robotize something which at first glance looks like it has lost its core function. Immediately after our participation in the hackathon, many other appearances followed. Some of them were HackAUBG, Rinker Accelarator and Sofia Startup Live. These events were of great importance to us, because in these forums we were able to gather a lot of feedback. After each of the appearances, we tried to upgrade our prototype more and more, based on feedback and comments. So, after about a year and a half, we had already achieved almost 100% of what was set by ourselves as the final goal. We created an extremely solid and reliable smart mailbox that was ready to:
