Stylish urban hotel with unconventional design welcomes you at the eastern gate of the capital city - close to Sofia Airport, on the way to Business Park Sofia and within a walking distance from the Internatonal Expo Centre (IEC). It was opened in the beginning of 2008 and was awarded with “Building of the year 2008”.

All 201 rooms and suites are equipped with comfortable bed, spacious working desk, flat screen TV with satellite channels, mini bar, personal laptop-sized in-room safe; direct phone – all the amenities for a comfortable stay.
Rates are per room per night and inclusive of buffet breakfast, tourist insurance and tax and 9% VAT.

Check-in before this time depends on the availability and should be confirmed. The HOTEL reserves the right to refuse confirmed early check-in, depending on the change in availability.

Check-out after this time should be confirmed by the HOTEL.

For check-out until 17:00h the GUEST should pay 60% of the room night charge.

For check-out after 17:00h the GUEST should pay the full cost of an extra room night.

Guests leaving before the initially reserved departure date, pay the equivalent of the remaining nights, except if the change or cancellation has been made within the time limit mention above.
Modifications, Cancellations and Guest No-shows

The GUEST has the right to modify the date of check-out not later than 12:00h on the day preceding the desired new check-out date.

The GUEST has the right to cancel individual reservations without restrictions up to 3 days before the date of arrival. Cancellations made after this time will be charged by billing one night stay, under the terms of the reservation.

In case of no-show, the HOTEL will charge the GUEST with the equivalent of the first night of the reservation.

In the event that the GUEST modifies or cancels the reservation mentioned above, the HOTEL shall reimburse the GUEST the amount overpaid, if the latter has already made payment for the booking.
Transfer hotel - IEC - HOTEL for guests will be provided free of charge with two Mercedes Sprinter van (8 +1 seats) according to a preliminary schedule of departure of the mini-bus in the morning and evening that will be settled at the Reception desk.
