Victor Cosconel
Victor Cosconel is the Chief Executive Officer of Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services Bulgaria
After implementing a very successful Business Development Agenda that lead to a significant market share growth for Sodexo Romania, Mr. Cosconel will now be leading the Bulgarian division of Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services in his new role as CEO.
Mr. Cosconel first joined Sodexo in early 2013, successfully building a new commercial strategy and driving innovation within the team and the organization on the Romanian market and recently - in September, 2016 was appointed as the new CEO for Sodexo Bulgaria.
Victor has held several managerial positions in Vodafone Romania in the period 1999 – 2007 and in 2009, he became the Country Sales Manager for Romania and member of the Central Eastern Europe Leadership Team of Vodafone Global Enterprise. He started his career in 1995 at McDonalds Romania as part of the first operational team on the local market.
Iavor Arnaudov
Iavor Arnaudov is the President of the Bulgarian Coaching Academy, as well as a Business and Trade Coach.
Qualified and proven strategic marketing and sales professional with more than 20 years experience in managing retail networks and structures in large international companies. NLP Master Practitioner, Master of Economics and Marketing from leading English universities. Lean Six Sigma expert with many postgraduate qualifications in management and sales.
Iavor has significant practical experience in creating and developing businesses and companies from scratch, as well as solid background in building and managing large-scale distribution channels. A confident communicator at all levels with recognized presentation capabilities.
