PAYMENT
All registration fees must be paid via bank transfer in advance. We provide complete banking details once you register. The fees above do not include VAT.
If your company is not VAT registered in the EU, after registration we will inform you within the same day of the final participation sum, which will include 20% VAT.

DISCOUNTS:
We offer the following registration discounts for attendees. Note that the discounts can not be combined:
10% Group Discounts – After paying full price for the first attendee, all other attendees from the same organization receive 10% off.
If 3 attendees from the same organization are registered, the 4th pass is for free.
All representatives of government and municipal administration, as well as academic representatives and student attendees receive 40% off the registration fee.
Students:
Note that students must provide copies of ID cards and personalized letters from their universities to prove full-time status. Only students under the age of 28 are eligible. For verification, please send scanned copies of these materials to office@viaexpo.com or sales1@viaexpo.com
REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES
In addition to the free access to the exhibition halls, your registration fee includes access to the Conference e-proceedings; Simultaneous translation English – Bulgarian; Complimentary refreshments during the breaks; Access to the Exhibition e-catalogue; Access to the on-line b2b Appointment Module with attendees and speakers list 7 days before the event
SPECIAL AREA FOR MEETINGS
Do you want to get an early start of your networking? In order to facilitate you to pre-arrange your meetings with important contacts, you will have an access to the list of all speakers, exhibitors, registered attendees, and VIP guests 7 days before the event takes place. The access to the meeting area is free of charge.
CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be in writing. We charge a €25 + VAT non-refundable administrative fee for any cancellations prior to 14 February 2017. Cancellations after this deadline will not result in a refund. However, it is possible to transfer your event pass to another attendee.
PRIVACY
We will not share your contact details with any third parties. However, upon registering you agree to receive from us occasional administrative and branch information via email. If you prefer not to receive this correspondence, after completing your registration please send to sales1@viaexpo.com the following message: “UNSUBSCRIBED from ЕЕ mail”.
